Job Description

Lead strategic and tactical elements of the brand strategy and tactical plan, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative development. Develop and articulate effective oncology marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported for relevant areas of responsibility (product/indication/channel).

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders in the brand team to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve oncology business objectives and goals, including patient, market, and financial results for oncology brands.

Drive and participate in business and marketing planning processes specific to oncology.

Demonstrate and utilize a holistic understanding of oncology-specific financial planning.

Lead and manage direct report(s) and external partnerships within the oncology scope.

Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally within oncology and related functions to deliver business results.

Grow oncology brand/product penetration, market share, and awareness within designated markets.

Develop next-generation oncology products and/or product enhancements & experiences, leveraging the oncology patient journey.

Direct and manage projects, including execution of oncology marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.

Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in all marketing skills, ideally within oncology or related therapeutic areas.

Hematology experience required, preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma.

Launch experience required.

Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience preferred, with experience in oncology highly valued.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ?

This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
