Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (End of Year Contract, possible for extension)
Shift: 1st (Hybrid schedule after training - 3 days in office, 2 WFH)

What's a typical day as an Commissions Account Representative? You'll be:
Handling telephone, mail, e-mail, and faxed commission-related inquiries from both external and internal customers regarding commission rates, statements, and payments.
Entering and maintaining data in administration systems to ensure accurate commission payments.
Reviewing error reports and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Processing commission adjustments and requesting special payments as required.
Managing Broker of Record and Block of Business changes efficiently.
Providing prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service for all inquiries.
Processing all Producer and General Agent contracts, including applicable due diligence checks (credit, debit balances, OFAC, criminal background checks).
Distributing Schedule A, Form 5500 data to policyholders and others for non-experience rated cases.
Sorting and distributing all incoming mail for the Commission department received via mail, e-mail, and fax.
Updating producer licenses and maintaining monthly reports of licenses approaching expiration.
Coordinating producer terminations based on administrative system reports and state insurance department renewals.
Processing producer maintenance tasks, including address changes, EFT changes, and non-resident appointments.
Supporting Commission Call Center representatives during periods of unusual workload or absence.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have previous experience in insurance administration, clerical, or customer service roles.
Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Are proficient in data entry and administration systems.
Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Have knowledge of commission processes, producer licensing, and insurance documentation (preferred but not required).
