At Peppa Pig World of Play , our Admissions Shift Leads play a key role in creating joyful first impressions for every family that walks through our doors. This hands-on leadership position is perfect for emerging leaders who love being on the floor, supporting a team, and making sure each guest's visit starts with smiles and excitement ?????

As an Admissions Shift Lead, you'll balance guest-facing action with real-time leadership-coaching team members, managing guest flow, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the experience safe, playful, and seamless. In a warm, supportive environment, you'll grow your leadership skills while helping create magical memories for young children and their families ???

What You'll Do ??

As an Admissions Shift Lead, you'll balance hands-on leadership with guest-facing action. You won't just supervise-you'll jump in, support your team, and help create an amazing experience for every guest.

Day to day, you will:

Lead daily Admissions operations to ensure safe, efficient, and guest-ready entry ?????

Assign, guide, and support front-line hosts throughout each shift ?????

Actively manage queues and guest flow during busy periods ????

Lead by example by stepping into host positions when needed ??

Deliver outstanding guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations ?????

Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards ????

Coach, motivate, and recognize team members to drive engagement and performance ????

Support training across safety procedures, food safety, retail standards, and profit protection ????

Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth guest experience ????

Assist with scheduling, inventory, stocking, and team engagement when not acting as Supervisor on Duty ????

What We're Looking For ??

We're looking for an energetic, people-first leader who loves working with children and families and enjoys making a difference in real time.

You'll be successful if you have:

A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred) ??

At least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, retail, or other guest-facing roles ????

Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring team members ?????

Strong communication skills with a cheerful, positive leadership style ????

A genuine passion for creating magical, playful experiences for young children and their families ????

Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic office technology ????

The ability to stay organized, calm, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment ???

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons ????

Pay Range

USD $15.73/Hr.
