LI-Hybrid Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have

the opportunity to provide strategic legal advice and uphold the highest standards of integrity within ABB. You will be mainly accountable for: Provide end-to-end legal support for project business activities, including EPC contracts from tender through negotiation, execution, dispute resolution, and closure. Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain) to ensure compliance and protect company interests. Manage legal risk across diverse areas, including competition law, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, employment, investigations, claims, and litigation support in partnership with global legal teams and subject matter experts. Contribute to integrity initiatives and broader legal projects, supporting investigations, policy adherence, and participation in regional and global Legal & Integrity teams. Qualifications for the role: Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission and minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with substantial exposure to international legal, commercial, and regulatory matters Expertise in contract law and negotiation, including EPC/project...
