About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:

Respond quickly to client requests and questions

Enter and track sales orders

Prepare and keep reports and schedules up to date

Support Account Managers and help solve any problems

Stay in touch with customers to make sure their needs are met

Keep accurate records and office reports

Take part in quarterly customer reviews

Handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment

Help out other team members when needed

What You Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP is a plus

Enjoy working both on your own and with a team

Willing to work overtime if required

Able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
