Position location is flexible and may office from a branch in Winona,
MN - Eagan, MN or Brookfield, WI Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI
7:00am - 5:00pm 15 - 28 hours/week OVERVIEW: Working as Part-time
National Accounts Sales Support PT, you will assist in analyzing sales
trends, margin improvements, and marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties
and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o
Assisting the sales force with establishing new accounts o Supporting
Fastenal branches with these accounts, including pricing, order
processing and billing issues o Providing reports to customers and sales
people on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis o Developing and
enhancing current customer relationships through problem solving and
issue resolution o Coordinating projects with the National Accounts
Team, other departments and Fastenal\'s Branches REQUIRED POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for
this position: o Possess or are working towards a business related
degree OR have administrative or customer service work experience o
Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using
Microsoft Office Suite o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and
prioritizing abilities o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast
paced environment o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to
detail and sense of urgency o Highly motivated, self directed and
customer service oriented o Work independently as well as in a team
environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation,
integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in
the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o
