Industrial Maintenance Technician | Direct Hire | Newark, OH area | $30-35/hr. | Day shift Monday-Friday

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30-35/hr.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM

What's a typical day as an Industrial Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

Performing preventive maintenance and general repairs on facility auxiliary equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, and transformers.

Monitoring, inspecting, and testing fire systems, facilities access systems, and emergency lighting systems.

Handling general grounds maintenance to ensure a safe and presentable facility.

Assisting with installation projects and facility modifications.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or designated manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate's degree and/or technical certifications preferred).

Bring a minimum of 5 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

Possess basic electrical troubleshooting skills and can interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Have experience with auxiliary industrial support equipment (chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc.).

Have experience with troubleshooting of PLCs (Allen Bradley)
