Sales Support Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the electronics industry, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join their team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Location: Costa Mesa, California

Pay Range: $24-$26/hr

Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM w/Half Hour Lunch (Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

Oversee daily customer and administrative activities supporting the sales team

Communicate with vendors and customers via Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, and telephone

Prepare quotations by working with vendors to determine costs and lead times

Enter purchase orders using company MRP system and confirm orders with customers

Support fulfillment activities including creating packing lists, export documents, and coordinating shipping

What's Needed?

Associate Degree in a business discipline or relevant field OR 5+ years of related customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively

Deep understanding of ERP and CRM systems, proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
