Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support a senior consultant of a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm. This is a client-facing, project-driven support role requiring exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and comfortable serving as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders while helping drive executive search engagements from start to finish. Hours are generally 8:30/9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite per week after training. Key Responsibilities: Provide project and administrative support to a senior consultant Coordinate complex candidate and client interview scheduling across multiple time zones Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements Prepare and maintain job status reports, project trackers, and engagement documentation Proofread, edit, and finalize client presentations, reports, and deliverables Manage database updates and proprietary CRM activity Serve as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders Support executive search engagements from initiation through completion Coordinate project timelines, follow-up activities, and deliverables Maintain highly organized records, files, and search documentation Manage multiple concurrent searches and workstreams while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed Qualifications: 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or related support experience Professional services experience strongly preferred (consulting, executive search, legal, financial services, etc.) Strong experience managing calendars, travel, expenses, and project workflows Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills Excellent proofreading, document preparation, and presentation skills Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint Proven career stability and longevity in prior roles International exposure or familiarity working across global teams is a plus Compensation/Benefits: Up to $100K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits with the firm covering more than 80% of costs 401(k) with employer match + profit sharing program PTO package + unlimited sick time + additional sick bank flexibility 16 weeks fully paid parental leave Backup care benefits Pet insurance Life insurance coverage Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days onsite weekly after training)Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
