Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top Am Law 50 firm seeking a real estate attorney to assist with ongoing development-related matters.

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Washington State and be open to occasional on-site work in Seattle (98104)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (full-time)

Pay Rate: $75-$87/hour

Note: Concurrent employment is not permitted

Key Qualifications:

Actively licensed and in good standing in Washington State (must match state of residence)

4+ years of real estate law experience, including:

Real estate development and construction contracting

Drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and standard real estate terms

Experience with pre- and post-closing checklists

Comfortable with technology and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Data center experience is a plus, but not required
