This role ensures achievement of key business metrics across safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost, while maintaining a highly efficient and responsive manufacturing operation. Specific Responsibilities: Manage daily operations to achieve business metrics in safety, people quality, delivery, and cost. Set priorities and ensure alignment across production, engineering, quality, and materials to maintain production readiness. Establish and maintain safe and clean work environment for all associates cultivating an environment of behavior-based safety. Monitor KPIs and drive actions to close performance gaps. Ensure consistent execution of standard work, production flow, and operational discipline. Balance resources and adjust priorities to respond to demand changes and operational challenges. Promote employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset while providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Manage day to day production and optimize production flow, work instructions, rates, standards, etc.
