What You Bring Bachelor\'s degree and 7+ years in Business Development or Sales Management. Proven success as a hunter-you know how to break into new markets and exceed targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Preferred Experience Selling technical products into target industries. Established networks in engineering and procurement. Familiarity with heat transfer technologies (radiators, oil coolers, HVAC, etc.). Solid understanding of engine cooling and thermal management systems.
