Precast Concrete Laborer

Location: Palmdale, CA

Pay: $25.00/hour to start, with a $2.00/hour raise after 90 days for employees in good standing

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Job Description

A leading precast concrete manufacturer in Palmdale is hiring Laborers to assist in the production of large structural concrete products. This is a hands on position in a fast paced manufacturing environment, supporting form setup, concrete placement, material handling, and general production operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with the production of large precast concrete structures

Set up, clean, and strip concrete forms

Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations

Operate hand and power tools safely

Move materials throughout the facility

Perform general housekeeping and plant cleanup

Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

Construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Comfortable working in an industrial plant environment

Ability to work an early morning schedule

Benefits

Starting pay of $25.00/hour

$2.00/hour raise after 90 days

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
