Production & General Operators Needed

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: $19.50/hr

2nd & 3rd Shift: $21.50/hr

36 - 48+ hours per week with overtime opportunities

Seasonal positions with potential to work through harvest and packaging seasons

What You'll Do

As a General Operator, you'll support a variety of production, warehouse, packaging, and agricultural operations throughout the year, including:

Seed processing, packaging, and inventory management

Warehouse and forklift operations

Loading/unloading materials

Quality inspections and data entry

Harvest support and crop handling

General facility upkeep and 5S activities

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Basic computer skills

Ability to lift up-to 60 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Resume required

Steel-toe boots required

Must pass background check and drug screening

Tobacco-free facility (no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco onsite)
