??? What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently:

Load and unload materials onto production machines with speed and precision

Move products throughout the facility (lifting up to 50 lbs)

Inspect finished goods to ensure top quality and identify defects

Operate shot blasting equipment to meet finishing standards

Weigh, package, and prepare products to meet customer requirements

Accurately record materials, batch numbers, and production data

Maintain strong productivity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

?What You Bring

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently

Comfortable working in a hot, industrial setting

Ability to stand and stay active for 8-12 hour shifts

Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable work history (1+ year per role preferred)

Willingness to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently

?Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in heat treating or heavy industrial environments

Familiarity with shot blasting or similar equipment

Experience in material handling or machine loading

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
