?? What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be an essential part of the production process, helping deliver high-quality products. Your key responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading materials into machines efficiently

Moving and handling products (up to 50 lbs) in a safe manner

Inspecting finished products to ensure top quality

Assisting with finishing processes such as shot blasting

Weighing, packaging, and preparing products to meet customer requirements

Maintaining accurate documentation, including materials and batch records

Keeping a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

??? What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable and hardworking individuals who are ready to contribute:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Comfortable working in warm/heat-exposed environments

Strong work history (1+ year per role preferred)

Ability to stay on your feet for 8-12 hour shifts

Prior experience in manufacturing, general labor, or fast-paced work environments is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
