Location: Libertyville, IL | Full Time, On Site

The Offer

Compensation: $70-80K base DOE+ uncapped quarterly commission and annual bonus - OTE Year 1 : $95-110K

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

The Role

This is a high-activity inside sales position. You'll be on the phone consistently, working a database of 15,000+ contacts, converting prospects into members, and keeping current members engaged and renewed. If you love building rapport quickly, closing deals, and seeing a direct line between your effort and your paycheck, this is your seat.

Make roughly 40 outbound calls per day, generating 6-10 quality conversations

Work 30-40 new prospects per month from lead to close

Guide prospects through the application process, walk them through the platform, and run payment

Manage renewals and handle inbound inquiries from current members

Serve as the bridge between members and vendors, explaining the value of the partnership network

Stay in touch with newer members on a quarterly basis to drive retention

Support monthly webinars and attend one annual trade show

The Requirements

Have a B2B sales background and a proven track record of hitting goals

Cold call leads without hesitation and bring energy to every call

Highly organized to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-ups

Receptive to coaching and applying feedback accordingly

Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, technology, and basic math

Having experience in the similar trades is a plus
