Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing activities at a specific Camrett program and/or site. This includes maintaining the unloading, loading, data collection, data distribution, and potentially arranging the transportation of products from warehouse programs. The CSR may be the primary point of contact for external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.

Forklift Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the transportation and warehousing industry.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Windows operating systems.

Knowledge of event management and coordination.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.

Manage dispatching operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Process purchase orders and coordinate with warehousing to track inventory and shipments.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist in the creation and distribution of brochures and promotional materials related to services offered.
