Camrett Logistics is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and knows how to keep people, processes, and productivity moving in the right direction.

If you're a hands-on leader with experience supervising teams, managing workflow, solving operational challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. Warehouse management experience is a major plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Salary Exempt Position)

Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. This position assists in supervising staff, coordinating inventory management, and implementing safety procedures to maintain productivity and compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

With 3-5 years of experience in related fields preferred

Or 6 + years of experience in related field without 2 year degree

Responsibilities

Supervision

Confer with customers

to address questions, problems, and requests for service

Supervises employees and assists in coordinating work duties to cover customer needs.

Assist manager with related work

Coordinate equipment repairs

Coordinate work activities for other employees

Monitor work progress

Issue corrective actions and procedures

Monitor work performance by reviewing relevant records such as absentee records

Formally mediate conflicts with subordinates

Take Corrective actions against subordinates when appropriate

Other duties and activities as assigned

Material Moving

Prioritized loading and unloading of material from trailers
