Full Job Description

All County One Day Bath - Bath Planet is redefining bath remodeling by offering stylish, cost-effective, and low-maintenance solutions for homeowners, including those with accessibility needs.

We are currently seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Design Consultants (In-Home Sales Representatives). This is a great opportunity to build a six-figure income while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

What You'll Do

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling or lead generation required)

Deliver in-home sales presentations using an iPad

Build rapport and guide customers through design solutions

Present pricing and close sales daily

Participate in ongoing bi-weekly sales training

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable presenting in a home setting

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently

Outgoing personality with strong people skills

Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales a plus)

Pay & Benefits

100% Commission-Based (1099 Position)
