Job Title: ADE - ARJob Description

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new delivery program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join our delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors, visiting prospective businesses, pitching the program, qualifying businesses, guiding them through the application process, driving referrals through community organizations, and coordinating recruitment events. This position requires travel up to two hours driving distance and offers commission opportunities for each partner converted.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.

Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest from businesses.

Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing lead activity and pipeline in Salesforce.

Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.

Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

Experience in outside/field sales.

CRM experience required, with Salesforce preferred.

Strong account management and business development skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.

Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.

High sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills for applicants in the field.

Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology.

Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

The role requires being on the road 3-5 days a week with the option to work from home the remaining time. The position is based near Fort Smith, AR. The job offers a mileage reimbursement of .725 cents per mile, phone bill expense coverage of $50/month, and commission incentives per partner application.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $26.00/hr.
