Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Financial Management Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH. Responsibilities You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations. You will resolve prior year funding balances and Triannual Review inquiries and samplings. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. You will assist in formulating of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing national-level programs to develop, recommend, and implement budgetary and financial policies. Interpreting, assessing, and projecting the potential impact of new or revised congressional legislation and executive orders. Leading, supervising, motivating, and counseling employees to build an effective team. Applying supervisory and management principles, practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
