Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY (FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & COMPTROLLER), DEPARTMENT OF NAVY of ASN. Responsibilities You will provide leadership and oversight for the roadmaps for development, implementation, and sustainment of artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced solutions across the DON financial management community. You will supervise a team of technical data scientists and developer experts and leads cross-functional teams and working groups to deliver high-value technical solutions and scale across the enterprise. You will measure and communicate the impact of AI and Automation initiatives across the financial management community to meet SECNAV and SECWAR priorities. You will drive change management and adoption of modern and automated solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders internal and external to government to test and deploy new AI and automated solutions across the financial management community. You will monitor program and project performance, milestones, and risks, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with mission priorities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the design, implementation, and oversight of artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA) and advanced analytics programs supporting a large Federal agency or equivalent Directed and managed cross-functional and technical teams to identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities that transformed operations. Developed and executed strategies to modernize operations through AI-enabled decision support, process automation, and modern and transformative tools for data driven insights.
