What We Do
Transamerica is organized into three distinct businesses. These include 1) World Financial Group, including Transamerica Financial Advisors, 2) Protection Solutions and Savings & Investments, comprised of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, retirement plans, and Transamerica Investment Solutions, and 3) Financial Assets, which includes legacy blocks of long term care, universal life, and variable and fixed annuities. These are supported by Transamerica Corporate , which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.

Responsibilities
Advance word processing correspondence.
Designs spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
Heavy use of graphics.
Compiles information and prepare reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries.
Screens telephone calls.
Gives or relays non-routine information to callers.
Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
High level of analytical work.
Determine methods and procedures to be used in resolving routine and some complex inquiries.
Generates and maintains confidential files and information.
Operates with some latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
May supervise others.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent. Up to 2 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Some demand to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines. Strong knowledge of company and organizational structure with respect to divisions and departments.

Paid Time Off starting at 160 hours annually for employees in their first year of service.
