Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The role involves maintaining a high standard of product quality and safety while managing inventory, packaging, and material handling tasks.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by adhering to the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures.

Perform inventory control of all materials, ensuring accurate documentation and retrieval/sending of materials through the computer system.

Open manufacturing work orders using the computer system as applicable.

Properly package, label, palletize, and stamp products in accordance with site-specific quality systems procedures and work instructions.

Maintain and operate packaging and material handling equipment, which may include hand packing.

Maintain a clean work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks, staging shipments, working with delivery services (DHL, UPS, FEDEX), inventory management, and basic computer skills.

Comfortable working on ladders and with heights.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in forklift operation, inventory control, shipping and receiving, material handling, order picking, data entry, and warehouse inventory management.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse environment that is loud and not temperature controlled. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.81 - $18.81/hr.
