Founded in 2001 as a one-man operation, All Pro Color has grown into a Detroit Metro-area institution with more than 16 employees and over 20,000 customers served. We are a print shop specializing in high-quality UV-coated printing with same-day pickup and next-day shipping. From business cards and brochures to banners, apparel, and promotional products, we are the one-stop shop for businesses, nonprofits, schools, and individuals across Southeast Michigan.

Position Summary

All Pro Color is seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. We are filling one Day Shift position (9:00 AM -- 6:00 PM) and one Afternoon Shift position (11:00 AM -- 8:00 PM), both Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will guide clients through our wide range of printing products and services, manage orders from intake to completion, and ensure every customer leaves (in person, by phone, or online) with a great experience. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers (on the phone, online, and in-person) warmly and assist with product selection across our full catalog --- business cards, brochures, banners, apparel, signage, promotional items, and more

Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries regarding pricing, turnaround times, order status, and product options

Enter, track, and manage customer orders accurately in the order management system; coordinate with production staff to confirm specifications and deadlines

Communicate same-day and next-day turnaround timelines clearly and proactively update customers on order progress

Review customer-submitted files for basic print readiness (resolution, bleed, color mode) and communicate file requirements or corrections needed

Process payments, issue quotes, and apply price-match guarantees in accordance with company policy

Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and customer-facing workspace

Support social media engagement, customer follow-up, and online review requests as directed

Assist with shipping coordination for outgoing orders, including packaging and carrier handoffs

Collaborate with graphic design and production teams to relay customer instructions accurately and meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

1+ year of customer service, retail, or client-facing experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with computers; comfortable learning order management and point-of-sale software

Ability to multitask in a busy, deadline-driven print shop environment

Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a print shop, copy center, sign shop, or related industry

Familiarity with print file formats (PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF) and basic preflight requirements

Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva) is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) a plus given the diverse Metro Detroit customer base

Knowledge of UV printing, offset printing, or wide-format print production
