Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across teams. This position requires proficiency in managing calendars, handling confidential documents, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage confidential tax documents and financial records

Schedule and coordinate meetings between company staff, accounting teams, and external tax professionals

Track important tax filing and compliance deadlines

Assist with data entry and review to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records

Support internal teams and communicate with vendors/clients to gather, verify, and process tax-related information

Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems

Respond to inquiries regarding tax documentation, deadlines, and processes

Provide administrative support to accounting and finance teams during peak tax season

Uphold strict confidentiality and data security in all administrative tasks

Requirements

Requirements:

Professional experience in a tax support office environment

Proven administrative experience (preferably supporting accounting, tax, or finance teams)

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven setting

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive financial data

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology

Ability to work on-site during the contract period (if required by client)
