Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Housing Team. This role will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, paperwork processing, housing-related research, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Housing Team

Complete and organize housing-related paperwork and documentation

Assist with researching housing options, vendors, and related resources

Prepare, review, and help process lease agreements

Coordinate signatures for leases and other housing documents

Assist with cutting checks and tracking payments related to housing expenses

Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and/or physical)

Communicate with landlords, vendors, and internal team members as needed

Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Experience working with housing, real estate, or property management

Familiarity with lease agreements or financial paperwork

Basic bookkeeping or check processing experience

Work Environment

Office-based (M-F)

Fast-paced, collaborative team setting

Extra hours are requested

This temporary position is ideal for someone looking to contribute administrative expertise while supporting important housing operations.
