Job Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by managing candidate flow through the applicant tracking system and assisting with interview scheduling, onboarding, and hiring processes. This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and administrative systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Post open positions and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system

Contact candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate calendars using Outlook

Book interviews with hiring managers and confirm logistics

Greet candidates upon arrival and escort them to interviews

Prepare and send electronic offer letters

Initiate background checks and track completion

Launch and monitor online new hire onboarding paperwork

Perform accurate data entry and maintain candidate records

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (preferred)

Strong data entry and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS (preferred)

Professional communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shady Shores, TX 76208.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
