What's a typical day as Account Rep? You'll be:

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries within established timeframes.

Performing sales order entry and monitoring orders through logistics processes.

Preparing and maintaining detailed reports, modifying schedules and plans as required.

Assisting Account Managers by providing technical guidance and resolving issues.

Communicating with customers to ensure requirements and expectations are met.

Creating and maintaining reports in accordance with customer needs.

Participating in quarterly business reviews with customers as needed.

Monitoring processes to ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and SLAs.

Supporting both customers and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Displaying initiative and flexibility in supporting Account Managers and team members.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possess strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience preferred.

Hold a High School Diploma (required).

Have experience in supply chain or customer service (preferred).

Can maintain accurate and detailed records.

Are able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
