Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Batesville, Indiana. This role is essential for providing high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring their schedules, travel, and meetings are seamlessly managed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing appointments, meetings, and other commitments.

Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and itineraries.

Coordinate meal arrangements for meetings or events as needed.

Provide support for executive meetings by preparing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.

Ensure smooth calendar management by proactively addressing scheduling conflicts and changes.

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support executive needs. Requirements - Proven experience in managing executive schedules and calendars.

Demonstrated ability to arrange complex travel plans and accommodations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative tools.

High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
