Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Per Diem Department: Healthcare Services

Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to patients in a [hospital/clinic/nursing home/rehabilitation facility, etc.]. These positions play an essential role in patient recovery and wellbeing, with opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.

Responsibilities:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, including administering medications and treatments.
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient conditions.
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
Document patient care and report any changes in patient status to RNs and physicians.
Provide patient education and support to families regarding care and recovery plans.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of patient care areas.

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Active state LPN license.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
