Our leadership team is currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Director to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities in the Columbus metropolitan area in our Ohio Valley market. This leader will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. What You'll Do

Partner with Senior Managing Director, Global Teams, experts in local markets, and technology partners to create unified business advisory offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's)

Identify and meet with a broad set of buyers to learn about client initiatives and represent Slalom capabilities

Nurture relationships with alliance partners to drive Slalom growth in key practice areas

Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Location offerings

Drive business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements.

Maintain a strong network in the marketplace to promote the Slalom brand.

Enhance the Company's culture, and exemplifies our shared values on a day-to-day basis.

What You'll Bring

10+ years experience in a direct sales/business development role with a focus on growth in the consulting industry

Evidence of successfully originating and closing business with new clients

A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets for the last 3 years

Evidence of building impactful relationships with c-suite leaders

Experience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $5-10M+.

Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy.

Collaborative working style, easily adaptable to new environments and ability to embrace ambiguity.

Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

A demonstrated ability to self-motivate
