Job Overview

Atlantis Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage cross-functional teams, streamline internal processes, and ensure that customer and partner needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate purchasing to support project timelines.

Communicate with customers and integration partners regarding project status and expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, documentation, and service delivery.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support growth and scalability.

Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Support scheduling, resource planning, and project coordination.

Skills Needed

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business operations software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge Required

Understanding of business operations, logistics, or supply chain processes.

Familiarity with vendor management and procurement practices.

Knowledge of customer service principles and project coordination.

Awareness of safety and compliance standards in industrial environments.

Ability to Implement

Lead and support cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.

Translate customer and project requirements into actionable plans.

Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain service excellence.
