Location: Carrollton, TX 75006 (100% onsite Schedule)

Duration: 4-6 Months (Contract)

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days onsite

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our client's growing marketing team on a 4-6 month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Carrollton, TX, requiring three days per week onsite. The ideal candidate is results-driven, creative, and analytical, with a proven track record of executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

Optimize website performance and increase visibility through SEO best practices and SEM tactics

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI

Partner with internal teams-such as design, UX, and email marketing-to align on strategy, messaging, and brand voice

Research and integrate new digital marketing tools and trends, including AI-driven technologies

Requirements

Digital Marketing Specialist

Top 3 Must-Haves:

Proven experience in SEO/SEM, digital content, and social media marketing

Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategy adjustments

Strong content creation skills with an eye for messaging that resonates across channels

Preferred Experience:

Background in technology, e-commerce, healthcare, or financial services industries

Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation, data analysis, or content creation

Skills & Tools:

Proficiency with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools

Solid understanding of social media platforms (organic and paid strategies)

Experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs), and project management tools

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
