Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (SAP) to support customer accounts, order processing, and day-to-day service operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with sales, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders, credits, returns, and pricing requests in SAP

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and account status

Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation

Track orders from entry through delivery and provide timely updates

Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure on-time fulfillment

Resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies professionally

Prepare reports and customer communications using Excel and Outlook

Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

3+ years of customer service, order management, account coordination, or sales support experience

Recent hands-on experience with SAP required

Strong order entry and customer account management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach

Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, industrial, or related environments preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, production, and warehouse operations

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively

High level of professionalism, dependability, and accountability in handling customer requests and sensitive information
