Assembly Specialist (Electrical Assembler)

Location: Hazelwood, MO

Pay:

1st shift: $21.50/hour

3rd shift: $24.50/hour

Schedule:

1st shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm

3rd shift: Monday-Wednesday | 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM (12-hour shifts)

Overtime: Available - Thursday 5:30pm - 2am

Job Overview

Kelly Services is hiring Assembly Specialists (Electrical Assemblers) for a manufacturing client in Hazelwood, MO. In this role, you will assemble life safety products using detailed instructions, hand tools, and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want consistent overnight hours with a strong manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and mechanical components following written instructions and diagrams

Use hand tools and light power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.)

Package completed products, including boxing and using automated taping equipment

Follow quality control standards and partner with QC to ensure product accuracy

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all safety guidelines

Work collaboratively with team members in a production environment

Accept coaching and feedback to improve quality and efficiency

Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements

Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred

Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks

Ability to lift and handle components up to 10 lbs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
