Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in a facility launching a new production line. Initially, you will be responsible for retrieving finished products from the line and packaging them into boxes for shipment. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Retrieve finished products from the production line.

Package products into boxes for shipment.

Perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Ensure accuracy in packaging and labeling.

Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow.

Essential Skills

Experience in packing and production.

Proficiency in general labor and packaging tasks.

Ability to operate RF scanners and perform order picking.

Capability to load and pick items efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Professional demeanor and work ethic.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, clean warehouse where safety is prioritized. Lab coats, hair nets, and safety shoes are mandatory from day one. A stipend for safety shoes will be provided within the first few weeks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
