2nd Shift Quality Control Technician

Quality Control Technician

Looking for a dependable 2nd shift employee who shows up every day and can work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inspecting concrete products, performing quality checks, documenting results, and helping ensure products meet company standards.

What You'll Do:

Inspect concrete products throughout production

Perform basic quality tests and measurements

Read blueprints and production documents

Document inspection results accurately

Identify and report quality issues

Work with production teams to maintain quality standards

Follow safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Manufacturing, construction, concrete, or quality control experience preferred

Ability to read measuring tools and follow instructions

Basic computer skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Team player with good communication skills

Trains on 1st shift

Moves to 2nd shift after training

10-hour shifts with overtime available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mounds View, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
