We are building technologies or innovative products that define new categories that advance Meta's mission of bringing the world closer together.We're seeking a Marketing Insights Manager for the RL Marketing Insights team who will be an integral part of the RL Marketing team for AI and Horizontal efforts. We are seeking a leader with demonstrated ability to harness and translate strategic insights into actionable marketing plans and strategies, track record of driving significant business results with RL and across Meta, experience applying strategic thinking to drive product and marketing outcomes, and experience in building strong cross-functional partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience proactively identifying opportunities, adapting to shifting priorities, collaborating across teams, and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages. The ideal candidate has experience setting strategic direction while also driving day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills:

Marketing Insights Manager Responsibilities:

Own the holistic learning agenda (in collaboration with other Understanding functions such as Decision Science, Data Science and UXR) for the Horizontal pillar focusing on AI on devices, Family of Apps (FoA) integration, and privacy

Partner with the RL Marketing teams to drive a consumer-centric marketing strategy which will inform product go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, marketing communications, and ultimately create more value for consumers and contribute to the Meta brand. Build and facilitate cross-functional partnerships across the organization

Provide thought leadership within and beyond research to a diverse set of stakeholders spanning all functions such as Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Comms, Partnerships, and Product Management

Influence decision-making, annual category and marketing planning, goal-setting, through highly effective communication and proactive collaboration with all levels of stakeholders in both Marketing, Product organizations, including leadership

Lead and build high-functioning team covering GTM strategy development and product experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research. 3+ years of team management/leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-functioning teams

Experience solving blank slate/undefined problems and well-defined problems with a suitable methodology

Experience synthesizing insights/learnings from multiple sources to build holistic and compelling recommendations that lead to business impact

Communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, sharp, executive level synthesis to influence business decisions and strategies

Experience guiding teams through organizational or strategic changes by setting clear priorities and maintaining focus on key objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on hardware, devices, or other physical products (e.g., CPG) with an understanding of longer purchase journeys and consumer expectations associated with higher-priced products

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/@context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Experience informing marketing strategy or product roadmap for AI products

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Public Compensation:

$160,000/year to $219,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
