PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Customer service, information processing, and interfacing with contractors and personnel at National Fuel within multiple departments

. Perform professional administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, typing, postings, filing, office supply orders, work orders, payroll, and data entry

. Manage distribution, approval, preparation, and submission of all invoices for timely payment to vendor

. Review vendor statements of outstanding invoices and follow-up on any past due, unpaid invoices

. Warehouse and inventory materials management related to daily operations and maintenance activity

. Create work orders, purchase orders, check requisitions, and accounts payable documentation to support field operations

. Create, gather, and enter data for various operational reports; consolidate and print information as requested

. Maintain various records and files for regulatory or performance tracking purposes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

. High School Diploma or equivalent is required

. Proficient in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office products

. 3-5 years of advanced professional administrative experience

. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills

. The ability to read, accurately interpret and analyze written information, and legibly prepare written documentation

. Must be able to work well in a fast paced, team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

. 3-5 years of work experience within the energy industry

. Bachelors degree or equivalent

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The rate of pay for this position is $23 - $25/hr.
