Position Summary

Provides clerical and administrative support to assigned individual(s), team(s), department(s) or division.

Position Details

Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production.

Data input and paper/electronic document filing/archiving.

Opening, sorting and distributing mail.

Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources. Screening telephone calls and visitors.

Preparing routine reports and presentation materials.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements.

Ordering and delivering supplies.

Expense reports preparation submission.

May fill in for receptionist.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of administrative support experience

Proficient verbal and written communication skills: ability to communicate effectively at different organization levels

Strong customer service skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to operate and troubleshoot office equipment

Good organizational skills and attention to details

Ability to exercise proper care for sensitive and confidential information
