position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any
Compeer office location inIllinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The
contributions you will make: This position develops business in the
syndicated and participated multi-lender loan market by working with
leading financial institutions throughout the United States. Works with
food companies, agribusinesses, agricultural production companies, and
rural utilities by building relationships with leading lenders on a
national level. The incumbent supports the execution of the business and
marketing plan for the Capital Markets team. The team is expected to
build a loan portfolio which enhances the portfolio diversity and
profitability of Compeer Financial. A typical day: Client Relationships
Proactively maintains and improves relationships with Syndication
Lenders, Traders, and Borrowers. Works closely with clients on
participations and complex financing transactions. Develops creative and
