As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Columbus, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access-control and security-related procedures. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and respond to concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $16.78 / Hour

Day Time

Mon05:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Tue05:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Fri05:30 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, and restricted areas to help identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access control points and visitor activity in accordance with aerospace and defense location requirements.

Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
