Job Title: Office Administrator Job Description

The Office Administrator supports daily office operations, customer and vendor communication, order entry, receiving, billing, invoicing, payroll reporting, cash receipts, and general administrative recordkeeping. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing office environment.

Responsibilities

Support daily office operations.

Communicate effectively with customers and vendors.

Manage order entry, receiving, billing, and invoicing.

Handle payroll reporting and cash receipts.

Maintain general administrative recordkeeping.

Essential Skills

Strong organizational skills.

Attention to accuracy and detail.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in administrative support and data entry.

Experience in customer service.

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Administrative qualification or related experience.

Work Environment

The Office Administrator will work in a manufacturing office environment. This role involves interacting with various technologies and requires an ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Erlanger, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
