Job Duties:This position is assigned to the factory. Duties include oversight of financial operations to include preparing financial reports documenting monthly factory operations, purchasing/receiving of goods and materials, inventory control, record retention and direct oversight over inmates assigned to the accounting office and their duties. This position will also assist the managerial team with other administrative duties.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have a high school diploma or GED.You have three years full-time, wage-earning accounting, accounting clerical, auditing, bookkeeping, or purchasing experience, or 60 semester college hours and 1 year of wage-earning accounting, accounting clerical, auditing, bookkeeping, or purchasing experience.You have experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. You are security mindedYou'd be a GREAT fit if:You have bachelor's degree recognized by the CHEA or USDE in business, accounting, or finance.You have one to Three years full-time, wage-earning accounting, accounting clerical, auditing, bookkeeping, or purchasing experience.You have a positive PersonalityYou are able to multi-task effectively.You have great organizational Skills.
