Visiting Assistant Professor of Accounting

Usual duties:

Teach nine hours of accounting per semester; communicate and/or meet with students as appropriate; conduct research with publication in quality journals as the target; perform service to the University, college, and department as required by policy and as directed; maintain a collegial atmosphere within the college and department; participate in assigned committee activities and maintain active contact with professional organizations.

Degree Requirements:

Ph.D. orDBAin Accounting from anAACSBaccredited university. ABDs in advanced stage of completion will be considered.

Experience Requirements

: University level teaching experience desirable; professional accounting experience highly desirable.

Other Requirements for the Position:

Professional certification desired.
