Sales Representative Full-Time Chicopee, MA Skills Required:
Organizational Leadership & Organization - Exceptional ability to

and ability to work effectively with RMS team members toward sales goals
Interpersonal Experience Required: - Excellent interpersonal and
customer service skills - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills - Ability to work effectively within a team environment - Strong
active listening and responsiveness skills Efficiency & Experience
Preferred: - In-depth understanding of rotating equipment. - Ability to
initiate and develop client relationships - Strong negotiation skills
with a proven track record of closing deals - Ability to provide input
and insights to assist the marketing team in capturing new fleet
opportunities Primary Role Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by
developing new business within targeted industrial markets - Build and
manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including
engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams - Evaluate
customer requirements. - Lead the quoting and negotiation process. -
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure technical alignment,
execution success, and customer satisfaction - Maintain a strong field
presence through regular customer visits and industry engagement -
Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth
initiatives Additional Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities

representation of the requirements of the RMS Sales Representative
position. Responsibilities may change based on business needs. Required
Experience & Qualifications: - Experience supporting critical equipment
within oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets -
Experience in industrial service sales and customer support - Proven
high-performing sales presence within the assigned region - Demonstrated
track record of achieving customer satisfaction and profitable sales
growth - Ability to identify business opportunities and effectively
communicate them within RMS Required Education - Bachelor\'s degree from
an accredited institution OR - Equivalent years of outside sales
experience within industrial services, machining, or manufacturing
environments Additional Requirements: - Strong technical background in
rotating equipment. - Proven track record of developing new business. -
Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation,
or related sectors preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, and
problem-solving skills - Self-directed, accountable, and
results-oriented - Position is REMOTE - Full-time position with a
minimum expectation of 40 hours per week; additional hours, evenings, or
weekends may be required based on project demands - Ability to
participate in company random or customer-specific drug and alcohol
screenings and background checks - Ability to act professionally under
stressful situations - Ability to understand, read, write, and speak

position, the employee may enter shop or field service environments with
exposure to moving mechanical parts. Although work areas are generally
maintained in a clean and safe condition, machining operations may
