Marketing Coordinator Marketing Coordinator Schedule: Full Time

succeed. What You?ll Do as Marketing Coordinator: As Marketing
Coordinator, you?ll help bring marketing strategies to life for a
portfolio of association clients. Working closely with Marketing Leads
and other members of the Marketing team, you?ll execute marketing
campaigns across email, social media, websites, print, events, and
digital channels while ensuring projects are completed accurately, on
time and aligned with each client?s goals and brand standards. No two
days look the same. One day you may be creating an email campaign,
creating social media content, or updating a client website. The next,
you could be designing event materials, coordinating sponsorship
deliverables, managing project timelines, preparing conference marketing
assets, or collaborating with teammates to support a client initiative.
You?ll balance creativity, organization, and attention to detail while
managing multiple projects and helping deliver high-quality marketing
experiences for a diverse group of clients. Who Is the Perfect Candidate
for This Role? You?re a creative problem solver who enjoys turning ideas
into polished marketing campaigns. You have an eye for design, strong
organizational skills, and enough writing ability to create engaging
social media content, short marketing copy, and other day-to-day
communications. You enjoy managing multiple projects at once and don?t
mind shifting between industries, brands, and audiences throughout the
day. You?re equally comfortable creating graphics, updating websites,
organizing campaign timelines, and collaborating with teammates to keep
projects moving forward. You?re naturally curious, eager to learn, and
excited to develop new marketing skills. You appreciate feedback, enjoy
collaborating with others, and take pride in producing work that is both
creative and accurate. Most importantly, you enjoy relationship-driven
work and want to be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous
improvement, and meaningful partnership. We?re looking for someone who
thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly,
clients span a wide range of industries, and no two days look the same.
