As an early career PhD hire , you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program , building advanced technical and leadership capabilities through multiple rotations within your specialty area in your first several years. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all careers. Development is personalized and takes full advantage of opportunities to deepen your expertise while expanding your impact across our company. Work Locations
As a PhD early career hire , you'll be placed at one of our research facilities or operating sites, primarily in the Houston area or at select U.S. locations. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations, depending on development objectives and business needs.

Compensation
Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.
Illinois Equal Pay Act
Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 base salary ($/year).
